What are the responsibilities and job description for the CSFP/Data Specialist position at Central Nebraska Community Action Partnership, Inc.?
POSITION SUMMARY: Provide clerical and technical support for the department/agency collection of client demographics. This will include typing, filing, and compiling pertinent information and being responsible for entering data into Clarity accurately. This position will also conduct CSFP clinics at various locations and be responsible for maintaining the warehouse.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that all data entry is accurate (Clarity and CNCAP In-house database)
- Maintain a 5% or less null/error rate on Clarity Data Entry
- Assist Program Specialist and agency data staff in reviewing and correcting data error reports as needed
- Process and send out payments to vendors
- Collect basic intake information from various departments on an ongoing basis
- Maintain accurate monthly inventory from the CSFP grant
- Prepare food boxes at the warehouse and distribute at clinics
- Adhere to all CNCAP policies and procedures
- Assist with compiling and processing information for the Family Outreach Department
QUALIFICATIONS
- A high school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license
- 1-3 years of experience in clerical work, data entry, and/or warehouse experience
- This position is not remote and must report to the Loup City office

SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday: Flexible
REPORTS TO: Data Coordinator
JOB STATUS: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
PAY: $18.50 - $20.25 per hour depending on qualifications
