Day to Day:
The primary function of this role will be to direct and coordinate activities relative to the creation and administration of personal, corporate, probate and court-ordered relationships in accordance with the terms of the governing documents or court direction. Other day-to-day functions may include:
- Trust Officer will have business development goals for both trust and alternative investments. These new business goals will have targets set as annual performance measures. Officer must be able to determine best solution for needs based scenarios.
- This individual will work with existing clients, prospects and beneficiaries in the area of estate and financial planning. This will include identifying needs, providing solutions and being able to close opportunities.
- This person will be responsible for the administration of assigned fiduciary relationships. This will require the ability to analyze, review investment guidelines, and administer a wide variety of relationships.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Experience:
You may be wondering what we are looking for in a candidate. Qualified candidates should have three to five years of trust and/or investment related experience. Candidates should also possess a college degree and a professional certificate or a graduate degree. Preferred certifications include CTFA, CFP and/or JD.
