Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily teller operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Lead, train, and motivate tellers to meet performance standards and deliver excellent customer service
- Oversee ITM transactions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper usage and maintenance of ITM systems
- Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure compliance with banking policies and security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular audits and reconcile cash drawers to ensure accuracy and accountability
- Assist in implementing new banking products, services, and technology enhancements
- Support banking centers in achieving operational goals
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bank Teller Supervisor or similar leadership role within a banking environment
- Extensive knowledge of teller operations, banking regulations, and security procedures
- Hands-on experience with Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) and related banking technology preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash accurately and maintain confidentiality
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new technology and processes
