Position Details:
- Full-time with six 24-hour shifts per month.
- An average of 16 patient encounters per 24-hour shift.

Responsibilities:
- Provide urgent and specialized medical care addressing acute medical conditions and injuries.
- Diagnose and treat emergency cases coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.
- Establish rapport with patients and their families demonstrating empathy and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records ensuring confidentiality and integrity.
- Engage in ER team meetings case reviews and quality improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to medical education and training fostering a culture of learning.
Requirements:
- Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine.
- Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of Montana.
- Strong clinical skills commitment to evidence-based practice.
