How You’ll Make An Impact
The Care Navigator: Office Support position is an administrative job with responsibility for multiple support functions. The Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Exceptional customer service
- Greet Clients and Visitors
- Answer Multi-line telephone and direct calls
- Schedule Appointments
- Collect copays and fees
- Flexibility to cover hours outside of normal shift is required
- Ability to drive to all 4 locations – Waite Park, Monticello, Buffalo and Elk River
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 year degree in medical office administration or equivalent experience preferred
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record preferred.
- Is at least 18 years of age
- Customer Service / Administrative experience
