Join our family owned business as a Sales Associate specializing in Outdoor Power Equipment! Your enthusiasm for outdoor power equipment and powersports will help customers find the perfect solutions for their needs while you develop your skills in sales and customer interactions. This is an hourly base pay, plus commission. A great opportunity to make more money, the more products you sell! This is a seasonal position. April through August.

Duties

• Engage with customers in-store to promote outdoor power equipment products.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical advice to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Utilize company provided CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer information, and follow up with customers.
• Utilize online finance portals to approve customers for equipment financing .
• Create and manage Facebook marketplace posts for products, to generate new leads and increase market penetration.
• Work with marketing department to create product highlight videos to promote equipment.
• Upsell complementary products and services during customer interactions to enhance revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales
• Strong people skills with the ability to lead customer interactions from initial contact through closing deals.
• Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer service-oriented approach to build lasting client relationships.
• Knowledge of outdoor power equipment is preferred; however, training will be provided for motivated candidates eager to learn about product demos and technical sales processes.
• Effective communication skills for conducting product presentations and upselling during customer interactions.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
