What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Central Kansas Mental Health Center?
Central Kansas Mental Health Center has a full-time position open in our Support Staff department. Duties include greeting patients in person and over the phone, provide general information and route patients to the proper departments/personnel, and schedule appointments. This position also assists patients with completing registration paperwork and enters the data into our electronic medical record. CSR’s set up telehealth stations and communicates well with our providers via phone, email, & zoom.
Provide coverage for other support team tasks as needed. Maintains a positive work atmosphere by being adaptable and performing in a cooperative manner with patients and personnel.
