Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for Verizon customers, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Educate customers on Verizon services, promotions, and solutions to increase engagement and usage
- Deliver impactful presentations that drive sales and customer acquisition
- Analyze customer trends, buying behavior, and market activity to stay competitive
- Collaborate with the Entry Level Account Manager team to identify new growth opportunities and improve performance
- Track and evaluate performance metrics to optimize sales results
- Provide feedback and insights to leadership and clients to enhance overall sales strategy
- Represent the voice of the customer to improve service offerings and customer experience
Qualifications for the Entry Level Account Manager Role:
- Previous sales or account management experience preferred
