Responsibilities:
- MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with members of the community and organizations in the community.
- Must be able to transport members to and from the center, when necessary.
- Answer phone calls from members asking for a ride to the center.
- De-escalate situations as necessary.
- Construct a monthly activity calendar for those who attend.
- Plan center involvement in events such as county fair.
- Send timesheets and attendance sheets to Supervisor by scanning & emailing.
- Assist members in filling out membership applications.
- Host discussion groups with members regarding positive mental health.
- Perform general center maintenance duties.
- Oversee other staff members.
- Report any pertinent information to Supervisor, including needs of center.
- Construct a "shopping list" for the center every month and send it to Supervisor.
- Attend monthly staff meetings & advisory meetings.
- Effectively communicate with Supervisor, other staff, and members who attend the center.
