Key Responsibilities Of The Role

Key Responsibilities Of The Role
- Maintaining grounds and grounds equipment including:
- Mowing and Trimming
- Trimming Shrubs
- Watering
- Grounds clean-up, including but not limited to picking up sticks and trash
- Blowing off parking lots and sidewalks
- Pulling weeds
- Edging walks and mulching beds
- Installing new landscapes
- Power Washing
- Assist in cleanup and maintenance of equipment, shop space, and campus
- Clears debris and maintains drives and walkways in safe condition
- Assisting with other special projects throughout Central Insurance
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Stamina to be on feet 100% of the time
- Valid driver’s license
- Past professional lawn care experience
- Possesses verbal and written communication skills
- Possesses multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to understand Central Insurance’s policies and processes
