The Association Executive (AE) is the Chief Staff Executive of the Central Hill Country Board of REALTORS® (CHCBR) and its MLS. The AE is responsible for managing daily operations, implementing strategic initiatives, overseeing finances and staff, and serving as a liaison to members, leadership, and partner organizations at the state and national levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a non-voting ex-officio member of the Board and all committees.
- Lead the administration of programs, communications, and MLS operations.
- Manage the Association’s finances, including budgeting, payroll, and reporting.
- Oversee staff, facilities, technology, and communications channels.
- Ensure compliance with NAR/TAR policies and all applicable laws.
- Represent CHCBR at community events and industry meetings.
· Facilitate new member onboarding, education, and engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; RCE designation or advanced degree a plus.
- 3 years of executive or senior-level experience in a REALTOR® or nonprofit association.
- Strong financial, operational, and leadership skills.
· Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and membership databases.
· Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Central Hill Country (Fredericksburg, TX area).
