Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Personal Assistant and House Manager to support a busy executive with both personal-life logistics and some professional coordination. This role is designed to reduce cognitive load, protect executive focus, and ensure daily life runs smoothly—at home, around Austin, and digitally.
This is not a passive task-taker role. The ideal candidate anticipates needs, manages details with discretion, and takes ownership of systems, schedules, and follow-through.
Personal & Lifestyle Support
- Pack and prepare for travel (packing lists, luggage organization, trip readiness)
- Run local errands in Austin (post office, returns, pickups)
- Organize paperwork, desk areas, and physical documents
- Research contractors like movers, meal prep, home essentials to buy
- Coordinate household logistics:
- Refill home necessities and supplements
- Order groceries
- Coordinate cat sitter or pet care
- Support planning, hosting and social events:
- Pick up flowers
- Light decorating
- Dinner party preparation
- Restaurant research and making reservations
- Gift research and shopping
- Meal planning guidance and coordination
- Style support and clothing selection assistance
- Schedule beauty, wellness, and health appointments
- Maintain health-related records and coordinate care logistics as needed
- Plan and coordinate social outings and personal engagements
- Restock cat food and clean their automatic litterboxes
Administrative Support
- Manage and maintain executive calendar, appointments, and events using Google Workspace
- Coordinate reservations, and time-sensitive commitments
- Prepare, proofread, transcribe, and organize documents, correspondence, and records
- Light operational support such as data entry, and filing as needed
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
