Description
We’re seeking a dependable Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support the Human Resources department in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in English and Spanish.Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am-3:30pmKEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Assist employees and applicants with HR‑related questions.
- Manage phone calls, data entry, filing, and daily administrative tasks.
- Coordinate interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
- Support payroll, attendance, and benefits documentation.
- Translate HR forms, memos, and employee communications.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Partner with corporate IT to troubleshoot basic tech issues (computer connections, user setup, scanner resets).
- Experience in an administrative or HR support role.
- Bilingual: English & Spanish (strong written and verbal communication).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Basic computer understanding and comfort navigating common systems.
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
