2nd Shift Warehouse Coordinator

Work Schedule: 3:00pm-11:30pm Monday-Friday

The Shipping Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily shipping operations to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders. This role involves coordinating the packing, labeling, and shipping of products, managing shipping schedules, and working closely with warehouse and logistics teams to meet company and customer demands

Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the picking, packing, labeling, and shipping of orders to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Work with shipping carriers and corporate logistics team to schedule pickups, obtain tracking information, and resolve any shipping-related issues or delays.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including bills of lading and packing lists.
• Conduct final inspections of outgoing shipments to ensure products are correct, packaged properly, and free from defects or damage.
• Liaise with internal teams such as the corporate logistics team, production, and procurement to resolve shipping issues and meet customer expectations.
• Address and troubleshoot any discrepancies, damages, or delays related to shipping and delivery.
• Operate and train employees on warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and shrink-wrap machines.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Lead through positive reinforcement and coaching to encourage positive interaction with others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with team members, reporting to management, and addressing any issues.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with different shipping carriers and their requirements (UPS, FedEx, freight services, etc.).Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
  
  

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional training or certification in logistics, supply chain, or related field is a plus.
• 1 Year of Mobile Equipment Operator experience (Forklift, clamp truck, order picker, etc.) preferred.
• Minimum two-three years warehouse and distribution experience.
• Prior Team Leader experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
  
  

Physical Abilities:

• Ability to bend, twist, stoop, stand, and walk on concrete for over an 8-hour shift with 2 15-minute breaks and 1 3-minute lunch.
• Ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 lbs.
  
  

POSITION INFORMATION

• This position pays $25-$27 per hour depending on experience
