Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Accurately and efficiently take and process food and beverage orders
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining a positive attitude
- Provide outstanding customer service and respond to guest questions or concerns
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and timely service
- Clear, clean, and reset tables throughout the shift
- Maintain clean and sanitary dining and service areas
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately
- Assist with food preparation and other duties as needed
Skills:
- Basic math skills and the ability to accurately handle cash and orders
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Good communication to effectively interact with guest and team members
- Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred, but not required

Physical Abilities:
- Lifting: up to 50 lbs, infrequently, 30 lbs frequently
- Standing: Ability to stand greater than 90% of shift
