Dishwasher
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment according to food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dishwashing and kitchen area
- Work closely with kitchen and restaurant staff to support efficient and timely service
- Complete additional cleaning and other duties as assigned
Prep Cooks
- Prepare food for final assembly under the direction of the kitchen manager
- Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures at all times
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked preparation area
- Work closely with kitchen team members to ensure food is prepared accurately and efficiently
- Assist with other duties as assigned

Physical Abilities:
- Lifting: up to 50 lbs, infrequently, 30 lbs frequently
- Standing: Ability to stand greater than 90% of shift
