Description
In this job, the team member will operate state of the art equipment to provide accurate application of agronomy products according to customer specifications.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Provide accurate custom application of agronomy products
Efficiently operate application equipment
Complete all related paper work in a timely manner
Ensure services are performed in such a manner as to maintain good customer relations
Comply with all federal and state Department of Transportation regulations and strive for excellent Comprehensive Safety Analysis (CSA) scores
Know and follow all company safety policies/procedures. Perform work in a safe manner while observing all traffic laws and all OSHA state and federal safety regulations
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Report all maintenance items to supervisor
Maintain equipment in operational and cleanly appearances at all times
Represent yourself and CFS professionally at all times in action and appearance – positively enriching the culture of CFS
Make decisions and follow instructions with little or no supervision
Perform other duties as requested by supervisor or management

### Minimum Education Required
High school diploma or equivalent
### Minimum Experience Required
Licensing, Certification And Qualifications
Maintain a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with hazmat and tanker endorsements. Maintain air brake endorsement with class A CDL. Will assist with obtaining license and endorsements
Maintain required Department of Transportation (DOT) medical certification
Maintain insurability requirements in accordance with property and casualty insurance guidelines - acceptable driving record
Maintain commercial applicators license. Will assist with obtaining license
