Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Fuquay-Varina, NC, for a Pharmacy Technician. Responsibilities include assisting pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, managing inventory control, and maintaining accurate records. The Pharmacy Technician will also provide excellent customer service, answer patient inquiries, and adhere to safety and quality standards. Qualifications
- Knowledge of prescriptions, pharmacy procedures, and familiarity with working as a Pharmacy Technician
- Experience in inventory control and maintaining proper medication stock levels
- Strong customer service skills to assist patients and address inquiries professionally
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Certification or licensure as a Pharmacy Technician in accordance with state regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Previous experience in a healthcare or pharmacy setting is a plus
