Central Business Systems, Inc. (CBS), a total technology provider, is seeking qualified candidates for Full-Time Employment on our Engineering Team in our Louisville, KY office. This high-profile position provides remote and onsite services to CBS managed service clients and requires the use of excellent coordination and communication skills. The engineer is responsible for clear and consistent communications with CBS personnel and CBS client contacts. Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Physical Requirements: This position requires extended periods of sitting while using computers and other communication devices along with occasional bending, squatting, lifting, pulling objects up to 50 lbs. Ability to travel to various locations within the region for service incidents. Experience:
College degree in an IT related position preferred, but not required.

- 2 years of experience in end-user support (Windows client OS, Microsoft Office)
- Microsoft Windows Server
- Support network-related technologies, including LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPN
- Active Directory – Account Creation, Permissions, etc.
- Office 365 support
- Familiar with Multifunction Printers Education:
- Preferred Technical training, Associates or Higher in IT or a business degree Certifications:
- Required: A , Net or working toward these within the first 6 months of employment
- Desired: M365 Desktop Admin Requirements
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients
- Monitor service desk ticket management platform
