About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC operations, team leadership, and process improvement, with the ability to drive performance and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee residential and commercial HVAC operations.
- Manage service technicians, installers, dispatch personnel, and support staff.
- Coordinate scheduling, workload distribution, and resource allocation.
- Monitor operational performance metrics and implement process improvements.
- Ensure timely completion of HVAC installations, maintenance, and service projects.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational policies and best practices.
- Support workforce planning, hiring, training, and performance management.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive operational growth and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HVAC operations management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience managing HVAC installation, service, maintenance, and dispatch functions.
