COMPENSATION:

$19.60 p/hr

HOURS:

8:00am - 4:30 PM (Monday - Thursday)

DESCRIPTION:

General Secretary to the Central Registration Department will be required to perform a variety of duties to support the registration and enrollment of new students and families in the district. Duties to include:

Greet and direct clients
Keep meeting schedules
Receive deliveries
General clerical support

REQUIREMENTS:

Bilingual a plus. Must work as a team member and exercise good judgement, prioritize tasks and communicate effectively orally and in writing. Excellent organizational skills and flexibility required. High school diploma required, experience with Infinite Campus a plus.
