Hours/Weeks: 37 hours per week – 52 weeks per year

Contract Type: Fixed Term – Full Time – Fixed until 01 March 2029

About The Role

We are currently seeking a Marketing Projects Manager (CTEC) to join our Marketing & Digital department at The Bedford College Group.

As a Marketing Projects Manager, you play an important role in the success of our students through:

  • Marketing Project Management & Delivery - Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, governance, and delivery of CTEC marketing projects, ensuring activities are completed on time, within budget, to agreed quality standards, and supported by effective risk management, reporting, and evaluation.
  • Stakeholder & Partnership Management - Act as the primary marketing lead for internal and external CTEC stakeholders, building strong relationships, translating business needs into actionable marketing briefs, chairing marketing working groups, and providing a professional consultancy-style service.
  • Multi-Channel Marketing & Content Strategy - Plan, coordinate, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including websites, email marketing, social media, paid advertising, print materials, PR activity, and stakeholder communications.
  • Website, LinkedIn & Brand Development - Manage CTEC website content and LinkedIn activity, creating engaging and conversion-focused content, delivering organic and paid campaigns, maintaining case studies and success stories, and ensuring all communications align with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Events, Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement - Lead the delivery of national and regional CTEC events, monitor campaign effectiveness through data and ROI analysis, manage suppliers and agencies, provide performance reporting and insights, and drive continuous improvement while upholding safeguarding, EDI, health & safety, and organisational standards.

About You

  • Qualifications & Professional Development - Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional marketing qualification), supported by evidence of continuing professional development and a commitment to staying current with marketing best practice.
  • Marketing Campaigns, Content & Digital Expertise - Proven experience delivering successful multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes, including website content management, LinkedIn marketing (organic and paid), social media content creation, email marketing, CRM-supported campaigns, and digital performance optimisation.
  • Project Management, Events & Stakeholder Engagement - Strong experience managing complex marketing projects, budgets, regional or multi-site campaigns, and stakeholder events, with the ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external partners to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Analytical, Technical & Communication Skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong copywriting capability, proficiency with CMS platforms and marketing technologies, advanced IT skills, and the ability to analyse campaign data, evaluate performance, and produce actionable insights and reports.
  • Organisation, Professionalism & Personal Effectiveness - Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, strong judgement, initiative, and problem-solving skills, able to prioritise workloads, work to deadlines, and maintain high professional standards while representing the organisation positively.
