The Marketing Automation Specialist plays an important role in helping Central Bank Corporate Marketing deliver smarter, more personalized marketing to our customers. This position supports the planning, creation, and execution of marketing campaigns that drive engagement, promote our products and services, and enhance the customer experience.
In this role, you will support the operation and optimization of our marketing automation platform by building targeted email campaigns, assist with customer journeys, support lead-generation initiatives, and help ensure our marketing efforts reach the right audience at the right time. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to bring campaigns to life, analyze performance, and continuously improve our marketing automation efforts. Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content setup, testing, deployment, and performance optimization.
Analyze email marketing campaign metrics and share performance insights with the broader marketing team.
Partner with management to define KPIs, develop dashboards, and create actionable reporting and recommendations to improve campaign performance.
Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize engagement, conversions, ROI, and program effectiveness.
Document and maintain process workflows, QA procedures, and operational standards to improve efficiency and reduce the risk of errors.
Apply email marketing best practices related to deliverability, sender reputation, compliance (CAN-SPAM), and other regulatory requirements.
Provide training, onboarding, and documentation for new and existing platform users to ensure consistent adoption and knowledge across the team.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, journalism, or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to persuade, inspire, and collaborate effectively
Demonstrated experience with email marketing and marketing automation platforms
Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational abilities, and comfort managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Creative thinker who can generate ideas and contribute to strategic discussions
Team-oriented, yet capable of working independently and taking initiative
Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
1-3 Years Marketing Or Business Experience Preferred
Banking or financial service industry experience preferred
