Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Parts Representative, located in Atlanta, GA. The Parts Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with identifying, sourcing, and purchasing parts for construction machinery. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, fulfilling parts orders, processing transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with both the sales and service teams to support customer needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience with parts inventory management, sourcing, and ordering for heavy machinery
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build positive client relationships
- Basic knowledge of construction equipment and mechanical parts terminology
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills with a focus on problem-solving and providing accurate information
- Previous experience in the heavy equipment or construction industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications related to machinery service or parts management are beneficial
