Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant/Receptionist to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Greet patients warmly and manage patient intake processes efficiently
- Collect vital signs, update patient histories, and assist with physical examinations
- Prepare patients for procedures, including medication administration and X-ray coordination when applicable
- Document clinical notes accurately within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- Assist healthcare providers with procedures such as ICD coding, anatomy assessments, and physiology documentation
- Manage appointment scheduling, patient check-in/out, and insurance verification at the front desk
- Maintain clinical supplies and ensure cleanliness of treatment areas in compliance with safety standards
Requirements
- Familiarity with EHR systems and medical administrative support functions
- Strong patient service skills with the ability to handle diverse patient populations
- Ability to work effectively in inpatient or outpatient settings with hospital experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and clinical procedures

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.61 - $18.82 per hour
