## Job Summary
Coordinates activities and functions of the Community and Continuing
Education program.\
\
## Responsibilities
provides resources and guidance to CME faculty; conducts
registration completes community needs surveys; processes financial
transactions; issues faculty assignments; and meets business office
requirements per established District guidelines and policies.
schedules, articles, newsletters, brochures, and flyers; develops
course/enrollment data and maintains records for report preparation;
and distributes promotional materials, letters, emails, schedules,
brochures, and forms at various District events and locations.

ideas and reports to ensure that schedule production has a
consistent approach.
liaison for businesses and community organizations; communicates
educational needs of these populations to the Director in order to
facilitate the possible delivery of educational programming; may

attends various events such as career and job fairs, high school
visits and community activities.
## Qualifications
Bachelors Degree\
OR\
Associates degree and two (2) years of full-time equivalent experience.\
OR\
temporary, student worker, or volunteer position, will be required to
undergo a Background Verification. Employment with Central Arizona
College is contingent upon the successful completion of the background
verification. The level the background verification for this position
is: Standard level.

- Collaborates and assists CAC marketing staff with developing program
schedules, articles, newsletters, brochures, and flyers; develops
course/enrollment data and maintains records for report preparation;
and distributes promotional materials, letters, emails, schedules,
brochures, and forms at various District events and locations.
- Attends department staff meetings and participates in discussions
problem-solving, goal setting, and continuous improvement; exchanges
ideas and reports to ensure that schedule production has a
consistent approach.
- Visits targeted groups, businesses, and specific populations in
liaison for businesses and community organizations; communicates
educational needs of these populations to the Director in order to
facilitate the possible delivery of educational programming; may
develop and/or facilitate business training and/or programming; and
attends various events such as career and job fairs, high school
