What You'll Do:
- Conduct in-home consultations with residential customers
- Build rapport and present HVAC options that best meet their needs
- Secure payment and ensure a smooth handoff to installation teams
- Represent Central Air with professionalism, empathy, and technical know-how
What You Bring to the Table:
- 2 years of HVAC or trade sales experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with computer software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
- A valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Ability to walk job sites, climb ladders, and access rooftops
- Residential load calculation experience a plus
