Residential HVAC Technician

Schedule
Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
(Some overtime based on seasonal demand)
Compensation
$35.00 – $45.00 per hour (based on experience and licensing)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 for qualified candidates

What You'll Be Doing
You'll be responsible for servicing residential HVAC systems while building trust with homeowners.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems
- Complete preventative maintenance and system evaluations
- Clearly explain issues, repair options, and recommendations to customers
- Identify repair vs. replacement opportunities based on system condition
- Maintain accurate service documentation
- Follow all company safety standards and best practices

Requirements
- 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Professional communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
- NATE Certification (or willingness to obtain - fully reimbursed)
- Connecticut D or S License
