HVAC Apprentice

We're currently looking for an HVAC Apprentice who is ready to learn the trade from the ground up and build a long-term career in the industry.
This is more than an entry-level role - it's a structured opportunity to develop real skills alongside experienced technicians.
Schedule
Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay
$17.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll work directly with experienced technicians and installers to learn HVAC systems in real-world environments.
- Assist with service, maintenance, and basic repairs on residential and light commercial systems
- Support installations, including equipment setup and job site preparation
- Help with system testing, start-ups, and performance checks
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
- Communicate professionally with customers when on-site
- Follow company procedures, safety standards, and best practices

Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to travel within the service area

Preferred (Not Required)
- High school diploma or GED
- HVAC trade school training
- EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain)
