Full-time | 1.0 FTE | Onsite – CentraCare Plaza, St. Cloud, MN
Day shifts | 8am-5pm
Pay and Benefits
Salary range: $119,308.80 - $157,310.40 per year
- Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
- Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
- May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Qualifications
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification

CentraCare’s outpatient Behavioral Health clinic at CentraCare Plaza is supported by a well-established psychiatry team that includes adult and child/adolescent psychiatrists, psychologists, integrated behavioral health providers, and counseling staff. The practice emphasizes team-based care, collaboration across disciplines, and access to system-wide specialty resources within a large, integrated health system and regional referral center.
