Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – St. Cloud, MN

CentraCare’s Palliative Care team at St. Cloud Hospital is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to primarily serve our inpatient population, with the potential to incorporate some outpatient care as well.

In this role, you’ll develop trusted relationships with patients and families, facilitate goals-of-care discussions, and provide comprehensive symptom management to improve quality of life while delivering compassionate care in a well-resourced, patient-focused environment.

Schedule

• Part Time .7 FTE | 56 hours every two weeks | Onsite CentraCare – St. Cloud Hospital and CentraCare Marketplace

• Days | 8-hour shifts | 7:30am – 5pm 

• No Weekends, Holiday, or Call

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range: $109,990.40 - $139,880 per year

  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity

  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Qualifications

Required:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

• Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Preferred:

• Palliative Care, Hospice, or Oncology experience preferred.
