Summary
Join CentraCare as an Orthopedic Surgeon in Willmar, practicing in a well-established regional orthopedic program serving West Central Minnesota. This general orthopedic surgery opportunity includes a full scope of inpatient and outpatient procedures supported by dedicated operating room access and a strong referral base. Surgeons practice in a collaborative environment with experienced clinical and surgical staff, providing comprehensive musculoskeletal care to a diverse and growing patient population across the region. Schedule
Full Time | 1.0 FTE | Onsite at CentraCare – Willmar
Flexible work week option (3-5 days)
Regular OR time available
Call Schedule: 1:4 weekday and weekends
Pay and Benefits
Salary range: $675,000 - $985,000 per year
Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

BE/BC in Orthopedic Surgery
Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
