What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lab Assistant position at CentraCare?
As a Lab Assistant/Phlebotomist at CentraCare, you will support the laboratory team by creating an atmosphere of trust and confidence with patients by performing essential pre- and post-testing tasks—including phlebotomy—to ensure accurate, timely patient care for patients of all ages. Engages with patients, families, and team members using Family Centered Care principles while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.

SCHEDULE & PAY:
- Full time | Temporary Summer only position working 64 hours every two weeks
- Days | Monday - Friday | 6:30am- 3:30pm
- No weekends
- Starting pay begins at $17.00 per hour and increases with experience
- Pay range: $17.00-25.54 per hour

QUALFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
