Schedule

• Full-time | 1.0 FTE | Onsite at CentraCare- Sauk Centre

• Days (Day/Evening) | 8-hour shifts | 7:30am – 5pm

• Call

• ER Call 1:5

• C-Section opportunities available with 1:4 call (Optional)

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range: $260,000 - $500,000 per year

  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity

  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

Qualifications

Required:

• BE/BC in Family Medicine

• Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure

Our Location - Sauk Centre

Adjacent to the medical campus are a 60-bed long-term care facility and a 30-unit senior living building. Outpatient services include chemotherapy, IV infusions, rehabilitation, transitional care, diabetes education, integrated behavioral health, complemented by visiting specialists and tele-stroke/STEMI collaboration with St. Cloud Hospital. The Sauk Centre community is family-friendly, with excellent schools, four-season recreation, a lively downtown, parks, golf courses, trails, lakes, and the historic hometown of Nobel Prize-winning author Sinclair Lewis.
