Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Step into a collaborative, relationship-centered practice at our Albany Clinic, where you’ll join a supportive team of Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers committed to exceptional primary care. In this role, you will share and grow a patient panel with a physician partner and have the option to incorporate same-day care if interested. Schedule:
0.6–1.0 FTE, Monday–Friday, clinic hours approximately 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (flexible based on candidate interest)
In this role, you will:
Provide comprehensive preventive care for children and adults
Support patients in managing chronic conditions
Develop and coordinate treatment plans based on clinical assessments
Review labs and determine the appropriate next steps in care
Partner with patients to promote wellness, education, and long-term health
REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for this position you must meet one of the following requirements:
Certified as a Nurse Practitioner
Current Minnesota Physician Assistant Licensure
We are hiring an applicant that meets or exceeds the following experience:
- Previous experience in Urgent Care
- Previous experience Family Medicine/Walk-In Clinic
Pay and Benefits
Starting pay begins at $109,241.60 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
Salary range: $109,241.60 - $124,904 per year
Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
