Are you seeking a meaningful role where you can shine? CentraCare Monticello Hospital is looking for dedicated individuals to join our esteemed Environmental Services/Housekeeping team. As part of this team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors, directly contributing to the quality of healthcare we provide. This is a fast-paced position.
Main Responsibilities:
- Clean patient rooms and common areas within the hospital, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment.
- Interact courteously and professionally with patients and visitors while performing cleaning duties.
- Perform thorough cleaning of patient rooms upon discharge.
- Handle cleaning chemicals and manage cleanup of bodily fluids safely and effectively.
Schedule:
- Part-time 72 hours every two weeks
Variable days during the week; shifts are from 6am to 2:30pm
- Every other weekend and holidays
Pay and Benefits:
- Starting pay is $17.46 per hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience.
- Pay range: $17.46 - $26.41 per hour

Qualifications:
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in reading and communicating effectively in English.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
