Director Education

CentraCare is seeking a dynamic Director of Education to lead the strategic planning and implementation of innovative learning programs. This role is responsible for designing and managing instructor-led, self-paced, and hybrid educational initiatives that support the development of CentraCare employees across all generations.

The Director will oversee the full lifecycle of educational programming-including operations, staffing, budgeting, and evaluation – to ensure alignment with adult learning principles and organizational goals. This position plays a key role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Schedule Details:

• Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks
• Monday – Friday, hours primarily between 7:30am – 4pm
• Primarily work from home, with occasional on-site responsibilities in the St. Cloud area (South Point)

Pay and Benefits (Total Rewards):

• Starting pay begins at $102,083.36 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience.
• Salary range: $102,083.36 – $153,125.04 per year
  Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Management or related field required.
  

  • Master’s degree preferred.
• Educational program production and operations experience to include full lifecycle of education, from planning/budgeting to implementation/logistics/coordination, to evaluation, managing instructors and programs required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading an effective team with progressive work experience required.
• Ability to coordinate multiple program components and project management required.
• Professional verbal, written, and organizational skills are vital.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems preferred.
