Summary
- This role offers the opportunity to work in Med/Surg and receive cross-training for the Emergency Room, Outpatient Infusion, and Same-Day Surgery.
- The RN delivers patient care within the hospital setting under the supervision of a Physician or Advanced Practice Provider (APP).
- Supports direct care staff and facilitates efficient patient flow.
- Ensures the health, comfort, and safety of patients, maintaining emergency equipment and other resources necessary for providing safe, high-quality care.
Schedule
- Fulltime or Part-time – Your choice of 48 hours per two weeks, 60 hours per two weeks or 72 hours per two weeks | Onsite
- Rotating 12-hours shifts, Day/Night
- Includes every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation
Pay and Benefits
- Pay based on experience
- Pay range: $36.88 - $55.54 per hour
- Earn an additional $1.25 per hour for rotating 12-hour night shifts

Qualifications
- Associate or higher RN degree in Nursing from accredited school of nursing required.
- RN experience preferred but not required. New Graduates welcome to apply!
- RN License from the State of Minnesota required.
- BLS required within 6 months of hire.
- ACLS required within 1 year of hire.
- TNCC/CALS required within 1 year of hire or first opportunity when trained to charge.
Department
The CentraCare Benson Hospital is a 21-bed critical access hospital with an attached rural health clinic. A $5.3 million clinic and hospital addition/renovation projects were completed in the fall of 2013. Our group of family physicians, nurse practitioners and visiting specialists work together to provide a wide range of medical services for Benson and the surrounding area.
