Our Respiratory Therapists are part of the lifesaving response teams that assist during patient emergencies. We offer both inpatient and outpatient services and strive to do our best for our patients. Join us in making a difference in Central Minnesota!
Here are some of the responsibilities of this role:
- Complete vent management, transport, conscious sedations, and blood gas analysis
- Member of a critical team assisting critical needs of patients
- Ability to share input and discuss orders with providers to meet patient needs
- Support a Level III Trauma Center with respiratory needs
- Mentor for new graduates that start their careers on our team

Qualifications
- Graduate of a two or four year Respiratory Care Program (preferably through the CoARC)
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) within two years of hire
- Licensed as a Respiratory Therapist (RT) in the State of MN or temporary RT permit required Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card can be obtained upon hire
- To be eligible for recruitment incentives you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous CentraCare/Carris employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
