The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for timely processing of invoices, payments, account reconciliations, communication with vendors and maintenance of accounts payable system. The successful candidate will be results driven and highly analytical/detailed with strong accounts payable and general accounting understanding. The successful candidate will be able to work with a team of people and be hands on, while requesting assistance from or rebalancing the workload to other employees. This role also involves accounting and reconciliation tasks. Excel skills are important and a must for this role.
