Job Summary
We are looking for a senior sales/executive recruiter with strong experience hiring sales professionals in AI, leadership, Executive, and SaaS-driven solutions. This role will focus on building high-performing sales teams that sell AI-powered multilingual technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for AI, sales & Leadership/ Executive roles, including:
- Enterprise Sales / AI roles
- Account Executives, Sales Managers, Business Development Managers
- Pre-sales / Solution Sales roles (AI & ML Tech)
- Partner with Sales, GTM, and Leadership teams to understand technical sales requirements
- Source candidates with experience in SaaS, NLP, LLMs, data services, or automation-led sales.
- Screen candidates for consultative selling, enterprise deal cycles, and technical understanding
- Build strong pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, industry networks, and niche job boards
- Drive offer management, compensation discussions, and candidate closures
- Maintain excellent candidate experience in a competitive AI talent market
- Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency
- Mentor junior recruiters and share best practices for niche sales hiring
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in sales & leadership recruitment, preferably in AI, SaaS, or Executive.
- Proven success hiring enterprise and solution sales professionals
- Strong understanding of AI and language technology markets
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Experience using ATS, CRM, and advanced sourcing tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience recruiting for AI/ML, LLM, NLP, or data services sales teams
- Exposure to global markets (US, Europe, APAC)
- Experience supporting fast-growing startups or scale-ups
