Senior Product Designer

About This Role
Centh AI is seeking a Senior Product Designer to craft the core user experience for our agent platform. You'll design interfaces that help staffing and recruiting teams understand, trust, and control the agents running across their workflows. Your work will turn complex, multi-step recruiting flows into clean, minimal, and explainable tools that fit inside or alongside existing ATS systems. You'll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and AI teams, from discovery and prototyping through polished execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery and research through wireframes, prototypes and final UI
- Partner with product and engineering to define problems, scope solutions and design workflows that fit real recruiter and ops behavior
- Create user journeys, flows and interaction patterns for agent-powered features such as sourcing boards, screening consoles, compliance views and analytics
- Design interfaces that communicate what agents are doing, why, and how humans can adjust or override them
- Run lightweight user research and usability testing with recruiters and operations teams and translate findings into design decisions
- Produce clear design specs and assets to support smooth implementation by engineering
- Maintain and evolve a simple, modern design system that keeps the product consistent and easy to extend
- Contribute to the overall product narrative and help ensure Centh feels trustworthy, focused and easy to adopt
- Experience designing digital products end-to-end, ideally including complex or data-heavy B2B tools
- A portfolio that shows clear thinking, strong interaction design and an ability to simplify complex workflows
- Comfort working with product and engineering partners from early discovery through launch and iteration
- Ability to run or participate in user research, synthesize insights and translate them into concrete design decisions
- Strong visual design skills with a bias toward clean, minimal, and legible interfaces
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including presenting design decisions with clear reasoning
- Experience designing for recruiters, operations teams or other enterprise users is a plus, not required
- Experience in startups or early-stage environments is a plus
