Having just purchased this property, the Waraich Group is looking for a Hotel Manager to join our team! Hotel is currently the Centerway Hotel and the Hotel Manager will assist in navigating the hotel trough renovations and rebranding to a Quality Inn.
The soon to be : Quality Inn is a medium sized, economy hotel in East Syracuse, NY. We are professional, agile and our goal is to Provide clean room by friendly staff in a welcoming, safe environment to our guests.

We are looking for an experienced and organized Hotel Manager to join our team at our newly purchased, sister property - The Quality Inn East Syracuse!!
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel, from customer service and staff management to budgeting and marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically and problem solve. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic team and make a lasting impact on our hotel's success. Additionally, the successful candidate should look forward to helping the company transition this hotel from its former state into a competitive dual branded hotel!
Working directly with the Operations Director, Responsibilities include:
- Manage the daily operations of the hotel.
- Ensure that all staff members are trained and knowledgeable in their job roles.
- Monitor and maintain the hotel's budget and financial records.
- Ensure that all guests are satisfied with their stay.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
- Ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are followed.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as requried.
- Participate in, and over see the sales process.
- Work as a team while building a dynamic team for the hotel(s)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
