What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Improvement Analyst position at Centerville Clinics?
Centerville Clinics is in search of a Quality Improvement Analyst for our Fredericktown Location. Applicants can expect to work full-time, normal business hours, Monday - Friday.

Duties:
- Assists the Director of Quality Improvement to ensure the implementation of quality improvements
- Completion of quality improvement assessments at clinic locations
- Monthly chart audits of UDS measures, clinical outcomes and gaps in care
- Works closely with providers and support staff of our medical offices
- Attends meetings with payer groups
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization policy and standards
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Quality Improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience in quality improvement and/or population health, medical coding, or medical office experience
- Working knowledge of electronic health records, data analysis, report preparation skills
- Experience will Microsoft Office - Excel and Word documents
- Must have the ability to work with diverse population, respect patients and maintain patient confidentiality
- Able to multitask
- RN, LPN, or MA experience REQUIRED
