Job Summary:
The Psychologist position offers an opportunity to provide individual, group, and family counseling services to youth ADHD clients at the Youth Focus Clinic in Springfield, Missouri. As a licensed Psychologist, you will work closely with internal departments to ensure authorized services are approved and adequate information is provided within specified time frames. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, family and/or other practical counseling to meet the needs of the client/patient and their goals of treatment.
- Complete intake/screening and/or comprehensive assessment process within appropriate time frames as designated by state regulatory/accreditation/agency standards.
- Determine and document diagnosis based on comprehensive assessment.
- Develop treatment plans for clients/patients in accordance with state regulatory/accreditation/agency standards that demonstrate individualization and evolution based on information gathered from assessment.
Experience and Education Qualifications:
- Must possess a doctoral degree in Psychology or related field.
- Licensed Psychologist (LP) or Provisional Licensed Psychologist (PLP) in the state of Missouri.
- Must be willing to become licensed in additional states, other than the state currently licensed in.
- Must be willing and comfortable with providing telehealth services to the individuals we serve.
