- Conduct clinical intake assessments and establish diagnoses
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based therapy services based on client needs
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as appropriate
- Collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members
- Provide services in person and/or virtually as needed
- Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and ethical decision-making
- Respond professionally and promptly to client needs
Required
- Master's degree in:
- Social Work
- Counseling
- Marriage and Family Therapy
- Clinical Psychology
- Related behavioral health field
- Current Tennessee licensure as:
- LCSW
- LPC-MHSP
- LMFT
- Experience providing behavioral health services through employment, internship, practicum, or clinical training
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
- Experience providing outpatient behavioral health services
- Supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
