Requirements:
- Must have prior human resources experience, preferably in a long-term care setting
- Must have experience onboarding new employees
- HR degree or formal training preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Manage HR needs for an employee caseload of 300 employees
- Create and manage nursing staff schedules
- Coordinate payroll and review employee timecards
- Oversee employee benefits
- Manage front desk operations
- Ensure compliance with hiring and onboarding requirements
- Lead recruitment, including candidate screening, interviews, and hiring
- Handle HR matters, including employee discipline and terminations
- Attend management meetings and provide support as needed
