We are seeking a part-time Customer Service & Patient Experience professional who is looking to grow in the field of post-acute care.
This position allows for professionals to practice and grow their leadership skills and abilities while overseeing patient / guest experience, as well as employee engagement. This is an entry-level healthcare position that offers tremendous growth and national networking opportunities
Here’s what we are looking for:
- Dedicated professionals who want to grow in healthcare management
- Candidates who are committed to ensuring excellent levels of genuine customer service for residents and patients recovering from a recent hospitalization, surgery, or illness
- Leaders who are creative, dynamic, and open to creative think-tank sessions to enhance customer service in the field of healthcare.
- Candidates who may have an interest in growing their expertise in employee operations
- Creatives who will lead employee engagement councils to ensure that all employees have a voice in shaping their work environment
- Professionals who are open to working the following schedule
- Sunday and Monday, 10 AM - 6 PM or 11 AM - 7 PM
- Salary - $18 - $20 per hour, depending upon experience
