Qualifications
All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of the announcement. Minimum Qualifications: To qualify at the GS-13 grade level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level, which must include the following experience implementing, maintaining, and improving quality management systems aligned with standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025; developing, revising, and monitoring quality procedures, corrective actions, and compliance activities; supporting acquisition and contract management, including drafting statements of work/ objectives, monitoring contractor performance, reviewing deliverables, and reconciling invoices. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
