What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Wellbeing Navigator (3040) position at CenterPointe?
We are currently looking for full-time Wellbeing Navigators to work with our youth population with scheduling availability including evenings, weekends, and overnights.

THE JOB
As a member of the SquareOne Integrated team, you will provide support and supervision to youth and families experiencing behavioral health crises in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. This role involves monitoring daily activities, enforcing facility guidelines, modeling positive behaviors, advocating for youth and families, collaborating with the treatment team, maintaining a clean and secure facility, and transporting clients as needed using an agency or personal vehicle (with reimbursement).

Qualifications:WHAT YOU HAVE
Required:
- High school diploma, with 2 years of behavioral health experience* or related course work
- Ability to work some weekends, and/or overnights
- At least 21 years of age
- A valid Nebraska driver's license with clean DMV record
- (May require) State of Nebraska Med Aid License, or ability to obtain
